Is your furniture made of real solid wood?
Yes, all our furniture is crafted from 100% solid pine wood sourced from renewable forests in Brazil. We do not use MDF, particle board, or any other engineered wood materials.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to reach your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Does the furniture require assembly?
Yes, our furniture is shipped 'Ready to Assemble' (RTA) to reduce shipping costs and prevent damage. Each piece comes with detailed instructions and all necessary hardware for a straightforward setup.
Are the finishes eco-friendly and safe?
Absolutely. We use non-toxic, lead-free finishes that comply with all safety regulations. Our stains are designed to highlight the natural beauty of the wood grain while ensuring a safe environment for your home.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
